This potato cheese balls tasty recipe takes only 30 minutes to cook. A perfect snack with less time is ready to serve with ketchup or sauce.  As it enters the mouth, it gets melts filling the entire mouth with a cheesy texture. Ingredient for Potato Cheese Ball Recipe

  • 3 Medium Potato boiled and mashed
  • 1small onion finely chopped
  • 100 grm Cheese cut into small cube
  • ½ Teaspoon  Lemon
  • 2 Green chilli finely chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • ½ Teaspoon black pepper (Kali Mirch powder)
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 Cup corn flour
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • Cooking Oil for deep fry
  • Salt as per taste

Method of cooking Potato Cheese Ball

Take a mixing bowl Add mashed potato. Green chilli, Onion, Ginger garlic paste, black pepper, lemon juice, coriander leaves and 2 Teaspoon of corn flour mix well all the ingredients.

Divide the mixer into small equal portions.

Take some oil in your palms, get one ball and smoothly round it, make a small hole in the centre and stuff one cheese cube in it.

Now close the ball carefully from all the sides, in such way keep making all the balls ready.

Take keep a liquid paste of corn flour add small amount of salt make sure liquid should not b very thick

Take breadcrumbs in a small plate

Dip the potato ball in corn flour liquid and put into bread crumbs so the ball should be covered with bread crumbs nicely. Repeat this method for all the ball.

Once all the potato ball is ready, keep it in the fridge for about 15 to 20 min.

Take oil in non sticky deep frying pan on medium flame

Once oil is hot put the ball into the pan ( Put 3-4 ball at a time as per the pan size to avoid breaking the ball).

Turn into other side and fry till it turns into golden brown.

Take out the potato ball from oil once it turn into golden brown and drain in the paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Serve this yummy potato cheese ball with Sauce or chutney of your choice.
